Love this little checked heart image. I stamped it twice and cut the second one out to pop up. Dressed it up with a teensy tiny little white silk bow. Some simple frame die cut layers and this card goes in the quickie column!

I wanted to share another sweet and simple card. This fun little LOVE block image was cut out and popped up over my favorite background! It's a quickie card for sure. Perfect if you need to whip out a batch of little love notes!

Glitzy Ho Ho Ho!


Is your craft desk still covered with holiday supplies? Before you pack it away, why don't you create a few cards and start a stash for next year? I'm never able to get ahead, but I know most are much more disciplined than myself! You could also use some of those holiday papers and dies to whip out a few holiday thank you cards!


These glitzy and QUICK cards were made with PhotoPlay's HoHoHo Die and MFT's Rounded Square Frame Die set. The Bazzill Glitter paper does shed a bit when cut. But after you get through cutting, it is pretty eye-catching!

To be able to fly...

Is everyone recovering from the holidays? My blog has been very neglected this month. So I've got to back in the swing of things. I have a long of week of crafting planned while the store is closed until January 3rd. Lots of fun new Valentine projects coming along!

 I thought I'd share a butterfly card today. Black, White and Bold color!
I used Copics to color the image. And then I framed it with rectangle die cuts. I added Rainbow Tape to the frames.. black and white. It gives it just a little bit of extra POP and defines the edge!

Impression Obsession - Quick Christmas Ideas!

 When I need quick, it usually means I'm pulling out dies. And I tell you this did start as quick, but devolved in to snow glitter all over my desk. The cats will be sparkly for days! I cut the Square Tree Die out of a foam sheet and card stock. I used stick it to adhere the foam and card stock die pieces, much easier for all those tiny little branches! The foam allowed me the height for all the spaces between the to branches have a little snow action. 

Impression Obsession Items on today's card:

 The inside. This Flourish has been hanging out on my desk for awhile and is finding its way on to everything!!! 

I popped the green square frame up and after that I could see the foam tape. So a little baker's twine string around the edges hid my foam. Finished card is 5 3/4" Square. 

Get cracking on some quick holiday cards and play along with Impression Obsession!
