Serendipity Challenge #38 - Sparkle and Snow!

Serendipity Stamps December Challenge starts today! Our "Snow and Sparkle" theme is easy and perfect for a winter hello or christmas card. Play along in our challenge for a chance to win a gift certificate to treat yourself to some new rubber or dies! Almost anything goes as long as you use a Serendipity Stamp or Die. One design will be chosen for the SS Winners Badge and one design will be chosen randomly for a $20 Gift Certificate to be used at the Serendipity Store! If you are new to our challenges you can find all the details here on the Serendipity Challenge Blog!

A big welcome to our December guest designer - Nancy Penir from Artful Notions blog!

I created my own little sparkly blizzard using some embossing paste, stencil and microfine glitter. I added the new Dashing through the Snow sentiment and colored in the "snow" letters using Copics R46 and R43. I also topped the letters off with a little more sparkly dimension using a Viva Holographic Glitter Liner.

Sweet and simple on the inside! Whenever I create card bases using dies with a more fragile edge I always use heavyweight paper. In this case it's Bazzill's Peppermint Heavyweight, a great Christmas red!
