I've had this Pumpkin Porch image for some time and it was over due to get inked up! Our challenge was all about creating an Autumn card along with using liquid glue to create texture... kind of made us all think a bit! Maybe I cheated on the technique by using paste and a stencil.... but it was liquid and it did result in texture. The other ladies were much more creative with the glue challenge this week, so be sure and check 'em out!

I airbrushed using W3 and added the piercing before removing the image from the die. I kept the coloring super simple not adding in any ground area in and keeping the wood areas all the same color.

I used Ranger's White Texture Paste and a Tim Holtz stencil. After the paste dried I used Copic E43 along the edges of the rays... I wanted them to pop out a little more and that little shadow helped to do that.

Here's the up close. Several layers are popped up with foam tape for dimension. I also roughly colored my seam binding with Copics E43 and YR07. I color the seam binding before I tie the bow... using the bow easy, of course. I could never master hand tying a bow!

On the inside liner I added the sentiment Autumn is a Second Spring. The finished card is an A2.
