Serendipity Stamps Challenge #36 - Halloween

Serendipity Stamps October Challenge continues. Make something with a Halloween theme and play along in our challenge for a chance to win a gift certificate.  Almost anything goes as long as you use a Serendipity Stamp or Die. One design will be chosen for the SS Winners Badge and one design will be chosen randomly for a $20 Gift Certificate to be used at the Serendipity Store! If you are new to our challenges you can find all the details here on the Serendipity Challenge Blog!

A big welcome to Julia Stainton who is our guest designer for October!

I decided to make a little Halloween Hanging Thingy... I put these fun little Ghosties in an open window surrounded with a lot of layers.

The ghosts are glued in on the backside of the circle frame and the second fence is popped up in front. The ghosts are shaded a bit with BG10 and the other colors used are in the pic.

Here's the up close. I added a black twill ribbon for a hanger and made a bow for the bottom edge.
  • Stamps by Serendipity Stamps: Ghosties #669H
  • Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black
  • Paper: Light Aqua, Black, DP by Echo Park
  • Other: Spellbinder's Circles, Spellbinder's Grand Squares and Scallop Squares, Silver Adhesive Studs, Foam Tape, Copic Markers

  5. You're amazing! I love your "hangy thingie" - silly girl! The ghosts look amazing, but I am hypnotized by that multi layer die cut frame with the pretty gems and bow. I'd love ideas for making the house a little brighter!
