DAY 5 - IO CHA Sneak Peeks! Love is all....

Welcome to Day 5 of the Impression Obsession 2014 Spring Release Designer Hop!
We have some beautiful CHA peeks to share AND Gift Certificates to give away each day!!!
The hop will start each day with a list of participants on the Impression Obsession Blog at 6am EST. Each day pay us a visit and then head over and see our fabulous IO Design Team’s projects with our new stamps and dies on their blogs (only one comment per blog per day please). The more blogs you visit each day the better chance you will have to win!
Every day (Monday Jan 6th – Friday Jan 10th) one of the blogs will be chosen randomly and a winner will be selected from comments on that blog at 10pm CT. The winner will be announced the following day along with the participating blogs for that day.
Two prizes will be awarded on the last day of the hop. One will be for Friday’s comments and another will be chosen from all the comments left throughout the week. So if you miss a day or time deadline your comments will still count for a chance to win a $25 Impression Obsession Gift Certificate! Both Friday winners will be announced on the IO Blog on Saturday.

Today’s hop list!
Jenny Gropp - You are here!

I thought I'd finish off this week of releases with another Valentines card. I used the Love is all you Need sentiment. This could make for a quick card if you were making a bunch of Valentines! I "neatly" distressed it just a bit. Giving it a more worn look...  airbrushing around the image and I edged the card panels with a Chestnut Roan ink pad.

I stamped the image twice. The top image I cut out using a die and also added airbrushing and piercing. The second image I colored in the letters LOVE to cut out and pop up over the original. I stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black since I was using Copics.

I used Spellbinder's Grand Labels 23 to create my card base. I glued the printed music sheet paper to card stock before cutting it with the die. To create the card base cut two panels and add a score line to the back of one, glueing the two panels together above the score line. Here you can see I also added the piercing before removing it from the die.

On the inside I used the Love You sentiment from the new Clear Set Valentine Hearts. I also used the Mini Heart Row Die to create my open heart strip. Love this die... leave it open or back it with fun paper for an entirely different look. Finished card will fit in to an A2 envelope.
