NEED A LITTLE INSPIRATION?

Some of the Flourishes designers decided to take this sketch for a spin and they've created some amazingly creative cards using it! So, before you get those fingers inky and join us in this challenge, head on over and see.....
So here's my take on the 300th Mojo Monday Sketch!

I'm all over the new Graphic 45 papers from the Bohemian Bazaar Collection... they are bright with out a doubt, a little over the top from colors I normally would choose. But doing something different is good!!! I came across Flourishes' Sweet Days of Summer set and new I could definitely pair the set and G45 paper up together! I think the sketch really helped me along using these bright papers all together! I actually stayed pretty true to the sketch as well, which is always another personal challenge!

I cut out my fun summer image using a square Nestie. Before removing it from the die I airbrushed it using Copic YR18 and Y19, I also added my piercing while it still in the die, allowing me to use the inside die edge to keep nice and straight.

Love adding layers on the inside, in this case I just used up a scrap and stamped a fun sentiment along the bottom edge. The card is A2 sized and opens at the bottom, tent style.

Thanks for stopping by and HUGE CONGRATS to Julee Tilman and all the fabulous designers at Mojo Monday for continuing to inspire -- week in and week out! We love all the creative fun you cook up for us to make our Mondays full of card making mojo! Cheers to you and here's to 300 more!
