Holiday Thank You....

For Impression Obsession's first challenge of 2013... the theme was Stamper's Choice! So that means it's easy enough for you to use any of your IO stamps and play along with the team! Check out all the details on the IO Blog and enter for a chance to win a $25 Gift Certificate!
Check out what the other DT member picked out to create with:

Santa has come and gone... but don't forget you can still use those holiday images on your Christmas thank you notes! Santa is glued on to an Action Wobble... so he wiggles and jiggles when the card moves!

Here are the Copics I used to color Santa. I used the C7 to darken the belt and boots.

I used a Zig Gold Metallic Marker to color the studs and buckle on the belt. I held Santa still with a pair of reverse tweezers and I applied a little Viva Clear Glass Gel... so it would have dimension and shine.

On the inside of the smaller card I added a border edge using IO's Border Duo 2, shown below. This is the perfect size to tuck a gift card in to as well.
You can see in the below picture... I used the mini scallop border side of the die under the Thank You band.... love those teensy little scallops.
This is called a Joy Fold card... you can see in the above picture how the two folded cards come together. I used the little button as a fastener to tuck the top flap under... keeping it closed. Finished card size is 4" x 5 1/2". Here's a link to a tutorial on SCS for Joy Fold Cards.
