Dragonfly Smiles

New papers, New stamps. I love it. After CHA and the new stuff starts rolling in to the stamp store.... my favorite time of the year! So this card is all about the new stuff piled high on my desk right now. This dragonfly image is from Prickley Pear Rubber Stamps - using a one of their clear sets "Clearly Beautiful Dragonflies" which also has a coordinating die to cut out the dragonfly. I added to die cuts of the dragonfly, using silicone to prop up the wings in between the layers. The scalloped circle die behind the dragonfly is also from Prickley Pear.... love the small detailed eyelet edging on it! The small white dots on the edge of the blue circle and the edge of the card is Ranger's White Enamel. I created a pool of it on a small scrap piece of paper and then dipped a toothpick in it, using the toothpick to apply small tiny dots.

  1. Great job Jenny!!! The colors are so beautiful and just love the new stamp. Will have to check out the Prickly Pear site for sure. Ty for sharing with us.
