IO Challenge - Wishing for SPRING!

It seems to freezing just about everywhere. Here in Atlanta, we have had chilly temps and they are using the four letter "S" word for later today in the weather reports. Which sends us Southern folks in to virtual panic. Personally, I'm very content to hole up with my stamps and have some play time!

Today brings a new challenge from Impression Obsession. Today's theme is Love/Spring, AND we got the OK to sneak peek something from the Janaury CHA release. I thought I would share something with a spring feel and green leaves! This image is from artist Gary Robertson. I wanted to color it ASAP with my Copics when I first saw it!!! He has designed some FAB images for this release. I promise more amazing images coming with this new release!

The image is so beautiful, I wanted to keep my card simple and let the image shine. I simply matted it with some of the papers from the new Basic Grey Collection "Origins". Adding a simply stamped sentiment. No bows, bling, doodles or any of my usual fussy extras. Just fun coloring on this one. Final card size is an A2.

Please check out the rest of the Design Team's Challenge Creations for today's challenge. AND you will find some more great sneak peeks of things to come along the way! Use these links to check 'em out: Kathy, Jeanne, Laura, Julie, and Dina.

Don't forget you can also play along with us in the Challenge, with a chance to win some Impression Obsession cash! Check out -----> The Impression Obsession Blog for all the details!

  11. Hi Jenny (in the frozen South). Your card is fabulous as always.
I just returned to Albuquerque yesterday, after nine days in Atlanta and it IS FREEZING there!!!
We were at 50 degrees in ABQ (still colder than usual)when we landed but I haven't warmed up yet. Now we are expecting more cold.
When there is S... I can't think of anything I'd like more that to snuggle in with my stamps and cocoa.
    Stay warm. Nancy
